Game saves and offline files

The game uses your browser’s local storage to remember things such as your current puzzles, Journey progress, results, settings and remaining cat help. This information stays in that browser on that device; there is no account or server upload of your game save.

A service worker also uses your browser’s cache to keep game files for offline play. The first visit needs an internet connection, and offline play depends on your browser supporting and retaining those files.

These stored items can remain until you or your browser remove them. If you clear this site’s data in your browser, including local storage and cached files, your saved progress and offline files will be removed. Private browsing, browser settings or storage limits can also affect what is kept.

Visiting the site

When your browser requests the site, the hosting service may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser details, and may keep server logs to deliver or operate the service.

The current site does not include advertising or analytics scripts.
